This is a nice bike ride through country lanes via Lacock up to Chippenham, through the town and parks, and then on the old Chippenham-Calne railway that is now more bridleway. Into Calne, and then country lanes back towards Bromam to Seend and then back to Melksham. A few options along the way make this a pretty route with lots of possible variety and coffee stops
- Distance: 50km
- Type of route: Quiet road, bit of busy road, and some bridleway. Full road bikes probably not suitable, hybrid OK
- Difficulty (excluding distance): Easy
