Our short trip to Scotland cut short by Mel being ill, she is okay now but still coughing :(

Home again - packing for next trip

We’re home briefly.  Came home early as Mel wasn’t (isn’t) 100% still after her bug – and as Scotland was full of heavy rain we decided it would be unwise for Mel to continue working outside with the animals.

So – home – and we may sneak a weekend away in the UK before we go to France for a month.

Edinburgh Fringe - and raining!

Damn it!

After coming to Scotland twice previously, once in May for the marathon, the weather was hot hot hot.  Today though its wet and, I guess, typical Scottish.  We’ve got a late performance of the Military Tattoo tonight.  If the weather improves it will be great....

The fringe has been fun so far – enjoying it a lot!

 

New Cavarno

Just been to the Horizons Unlimited open day to see their new vans – these are the guys that made our van.  Good to see some existing and some soon-to-be owners there.  Most seem to know us already from this website – so hello to you all!  Feel free to sign guestbook and give us an email address and we’ll get back to you.

Good job we cleaned the van – most people were looking around it!

We are away! snowboarding day 1

at last we are away again. seems like an age since we've been away.
yesterday spent a few hours snowboarding which was great. both
improved hugely though ryan got hit in the head by someones snowboard.
not quite a broken nose but more surprising was it hit me and not mel!

spent afternoon chilling and getting some flight time in on the heli
outside. then spent time fixing it.

lovely start to day - brekkie with the birds and bees in the sun.
